WPanorama allows you to display panoramic pictures by letting scroll horizontally or vertically on the screen.
You can use this software to view the gorgeous 360° Swiss panorama included with the program or your own pictures in .jpg or .bmp format.

Microsoft has a program that can take a series of photos and 'stitch' them together into one panoramic view. ICE, Image Composite Editor is free. Have a look at:

Sounds like, once you create a panoramic photo, you can then view it on the site you posted. LOL
