I think Tinypic is the easiest for fast results without configuring.
Pixresizer looks like a better one. I'm going to compare them.
I like the drag-n-drop feature of TinyPic but the percentage choice size of pixresizer makes it a more useful tool.
The good thing is you can just have both!
