I don't enjoy them, but I guess I can stand them. Try having local anaesthetic injected into that sensitive bit under the top half of your arm. That brings tears to the eyes.

Well, without them, we might die of dreadful things, so the alternative is not worth it. But if you decide to tolerate something, it's amazing how much pain you can endure.
