Drink the bathwater and see if you still disagree.

And I'd leave out the black pepper, but if you want an experience never to be forgotten, a handful of chilli powder will do the job. That's a joke, by the way. Do not really use it. I can't be held accountable. And if you do, let me know when, and I'll be waiting outside with a camera.

Dezzie, I may be cabbage looking but i aint green, Chilli powder indeed, saying that i know that the Romans enjoyed being thrashed with stinging nettles,,,but i think that was just because they were here in Cold cold England and the nettle stings would warm them up...

292. xymonau11 January 2012, 8:17 GMT +01:00

Stinging nettles? You're kidding! I walked into a patch of them once, and it was agony!

293. happyture11 January 2012, 9:53 GMT +01:00

No its a true story, read it with me own peepers,,there were no stinging nettles in the UK untill the Romans fetched them here,,,the plonkers,,now they are everywhere, same as the rabbits they bought here too...

294. xymonau11 January 2012, 12:50 GMT +01:00

Well, you lot musta brought 'em here, then! You CERTAINLY brought the bunnies, and they decimated just about everything!

295. happyture12 January 2012, 8:51 GMT +01:00

Well yes, bunny's are nice,,dont know why the brits took red foxes over to oz?

296. happyture12 January 2012, 8:51 GMT +01:00

Bunny's make a lovely stew...nom nom....

297. xymonau12 January 2012, 9:53 GMT +01:00

They brought the foxes to hunt, and to eat the bunnies. Instead, they left both to run wild and decimate the wildlife while they hunted the black people for sport. In Tasmania, they would bury the babies with their heads out of the ground - alive - and ride at them on horses and try to knock their heads off with mallets. Nice people.

Nah, I wouldn't eat a bunny. I accidentally ate some once. I thought the chicken was off! LOL Tasted terrible.

298. happyture12 January 2012, 10:18 GMT +01:00

OMG,,,Thats terrible, I can not imagine what the black people must have gone through,,truly unbelievable, ............

299. xymonau12 January 2012, 10:54 GMT +01:00

They were regarded as animals - but you wouldn't treat a dog the way they were treated. Then people wonder why the resentment has been handed down.

300. happyture12 January 2012, 10:58 GMT +01:00

Turns my stomach to even think about it dezzie,

301. xymonau12 January 2012, 12:39 GMT +01:00

Life was very cheap in those days.

I had to read a book about it when I was at university. It was optional choice, but Aboriginal studies, and I found an old one in a bookstore in Brisbane - a rare copy - and it was about the treatment of Aboriginals in Tasmania as recorded by some noted person - a Governor or something. He didn't approve, but most of the people who came here, prisoner or free, were as rough as can be, and of course, there was no orderly police force then. Generally it was the police that committed the worst crimes.

302. happyture12 January 2012, 12:43 GMT +01:00

A history which should never be forgotten, as much as some would much prefer..

303. xymonau12 January 2012, 12:49 GMT +01:00

Humans have never changed. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The world is a terrible place. We're just lucky to live in some of the better bits. But I read the news online and get sick every time I see another child killed by a stepfather, or starved to death by the mother. People are just plain bad.

304. happyture12 January 2012, 12:52 GMT +01:00

Its truly a terrible place just at this minute, i find it hard to understand that we are supposed to be getting more intelligent yet we are still allowing such things to go on...

305. xymonau12 January 2012, 13:26 GMT +01:00

Only evolutionists say we're getting more intelligent.

306. happyture12 January 2012, 17:21 GMT +01:00

Well,,,Errr I now's i am getting more cleverererer ......

307. xymonau13 January 2012, 1:47 GMT +01:00

Yeah - you alone should prove evolution impossible.

We have discovered a lot of technology, and have a lot more knowledge than some previous generations - much of which has been designed to make our lives easier - but there were a lot of geniuses in the past.

Check out the antikythera mechanism:

308. happyture13 January 2012, 8:58 GMT +01:00

Thirdly...Ma said give it a rest choppsie !!
Fourthly....I have seen this device before and have indeed read most of the literature on this device, i have even seen a working model of this, personally, if Einstein thought that time travel was truely possible, who am i to disagree, this alone would answer many unanswered questions...

309. xymonau14 January 2012, 10:12 GMT +01:00

Why does everything have to be reduced to what we can understand?

What does "choppsie" mean? Or is your Ma drunk again?
