Well its that time of year again, the photography shops are full to the britches with sparkly new cameras with more pixels and wonder gadgetry than you can wave a stick at, I am looking for a new camera but dont want to have a wheelbarrow to carry it around, I have been looking closely at the Panasonic G3 amazed at the size and control this camera seems to have, yet i am concerned that the iso settings only goes down to 160iso,,,,that i feel is rather high as my little fuji and Big Nikon go down much lower around 80iso with the fuji and 100iso with the Nikon,,,I can hear you all saying OMG he's rambling again, BUT i would love to hear your opinions on the many cameras that are on the market at the moment.
Moving right along,,we got heavy frosts here in Ukland today everywhere s white and it looks lovely :O)
I'd love to see it. Maybe I won't get to see snow. Ah, well, I won't get to spend the night in Buckingham Palace, either...
Hey, I've tracked down the phone number of my friend in New York who I stayed with in the 1980s. He had kept in touch until the early nineties, but lots of things changed and I moved. he got married, as i recall - probably not much time to phone anyway. I lost his number and address, and today I found his number online. I will call him tomorrow morning.
Whoo hoo,, what you gonna say to him,,Allo Bruce been long tiyme mate, fancy a cold one sumtiyme, only joking with ya, hope it goes well for you, give him a bell.. :O)
"The number you have dialled is not in service" - looks like he didn't pay his phone bill...
Disappointing.
Phhhfff,,just as well you didn't get mixed up with him then,,,bet he doesn't keep his shoes polished either,,,,poor show hey dezzie :O(
Not good enough.I shall lodge a complaint.
Mind you dezzie people change, he might not be anything like you remember him :O(
Well, obviously if he's married his life would have moved on, but I don't think his personality would have changed much. Remember, he's AMERICAN! We crossed swords a few times over basically nothing. For instance, he took personal offence when I explained that Australian Customs would not allow certain things into the country as we didn't have those diseases here. He interpreted that to mean we thought they were dirty. ROFL! (Well, we do, but we'd never tell 'em! ;p)
Ha ha ha OOOh dear dezzie you is a rum gurl no doubt about it ...oooh you do make me titter :O)
I need to raise $25,000 to build a new orphanage in India. What do you suggest I do?
How bout a cheese n wine party, or a sponsored sleep,,or even a evening of Bingo.. always here to lend a helping hand, I was a bingo caller once..
The sponsored sleep sounds good. I sleep a lot...
Bingo - not my forte. Cheese and wine - not my scene.
But some sponsored activity might actually work. Thank you for that.
Spose a sponsored Hog roast is out then, they make BIG MUNY over here, £25 a ticket for charity is always a hit... Thats made me feel so useful Aghhhh!!!!
I've been in touch with a lady here who is selling things at a market. She has made quite a bit. Maybe I could do a CafePress site, although I don't think many people sell much on there.
Mmm, trouble is you gotta keep findin things to sell aint ya, Here's a gud highdeer, get a pet dropbear and go up town doing photo's for people with a dropbear on their shoulder,,an charge um $25 a time ,,,,god Hey???
But they will only sit on the backs of haymerrycans. They must have beleefs to heggsist. An haymerrycans is full of beleefs.
Well them there yankies likes Oztralia dun they,,so you should make a fortune dezzie :O) you'll be hable to build a toilet for them poor children too...
I've done nothing yet, but the above lady is going there week after next, so I am thinking...
Thought i could smell wood burning??
Nah, that's the rat in yer head. He's taken up smoking. Oh, he's back, by the way. Snuck in while you wozzent looking.
