This new version includes the Movie Maker, has good editing tools and facial recognition for finding friends and family in your massive collection of snapshots.

This link is for the Photo Gallery and Movie Maker 2011 alone and doesn't include the rest of the Windows Live Suite which you may not want.

This new version is actually pretty impressive and rivals Picasa as a quick and easy photo organizer/viewer/editor.
